Design

We, at Chinook Crossing, worked hard over the course of two years along side our architects to ensure the design of this development fit into the neighborhood and yet was still able to stand out. Our four individually distinct building types, and many different color schemes are just a piece of what set us apart from other condominium developments. We’ve carefully considered even small details like roof lines and sight lines within the development to help make Chinook Crossing unique, and not just another row upon row of cookie cutter buildings. We’ve placed the buildings in such a way that you aren’t going to be looking out your window into your neighbors home.

Condo Fees

While most condo developments will waste your condo fees with the heating and maintenance of underground parking, long hallways and the expensive upkeep of elevators, we have eliminated these issues. This means your condo fees start low, and are able to be kept low. Not only this, but the space wasted by long hallways, entrance ways and stairs are given back to you as space in your own home. So now you won’t be able to smell what your neighbors are having for dinner, you’ll have to be invited over to find out!

Landscaping

We also wanted to have space that invited you outside, so the landscaping has also been carefully thought out. There will be many trees, shrubs and a lot of green space along with walking paths and a playground. Also, the perimeter of Chinook Crossing will be surrounded by a pathway system that takes you past the already existing ball diamonds and pond. More exterior lighting will be used in this development than any we’ve done before to help ensure everyone’s safety and security.
